CAP series continuous asphalt mixing plant with simple structure, can upgrade as mobile type, and with low cost, is a ideal choice for different projects.
1. Different kinds of aggregate bins, can select 2-4 different size aggregate. Different speed charging belt can control the charging capacity. The warehouse vibration motor is optional.
2. About the bitumen supply system, the bitumen tank can choose directly-heated type or thermal oil heating type.
3. Drying drum part: cold aggregate was dry and heated under the action of gravity and combined with bitumen and mineral powder to mix. The hot mix aggregate can control the temperature according to different requirements. In order to optimize the structure, the drying drum and the burner can install in one base.
4. The burner adapts different kinds of fuel, such as light oil, heavy oil, gas and coal dust, high efficient and environment friendly. Provide our clients multiple choices, save cost for our clients.
5. The hot elevator adopts the latest generation technology; hot-mix mixture can directly enter into finished products bin through hot elevator. The hot mix finished product can be unloaded directly into the transport vehicle, and delivered to the working site.
6. Dust collection system, according to different requirements we provide multiple choice, such as cyclone dust filter, water dust filter and bag house dust filter. Our clients can choose suitable type according to the actual requirement and local environment standard.

1. Aggregate Feed Bins : multiple bins to storage 2-4 size virgin aggregate , variable speed feeder conveyors control and regulate the flow amount of cold feed , optional vibration motors are installed on the wall of sand bin .

2. Bitumen Supply System: insulated bitumen tank keep the liquid or emulsion bitumen , pump station together combined with the pump.

3. Drying & Mixing Drum: drying and mixing drum is the core components for stationary and mobile asphalt drum mix plant, the cold aggregate go through the drum by the gravity ,the moisture is removed and the aggregated is heated ,heated aggregate combined with the bitumen ,filler are mixing in the same drums , thermocouple included to control the hot mix asphalt temperature as required .the drum and burner is installed on the same chassis .

4. Special Burners : variable fuel options for the customized demand : heavy and light oil , natural gas or coal . special design burners with minimal fuel consumptions

5. Load Out Elevator : SINOSUN group equip the latest generation bucket elevator. the hot mix asphalt will discharged on the bucket elevator direct into the storage bin .

6. Storage Silos : the hot mix asphalt is suspended in the storage silos , asphalt truck can unload the mixed material under the silos directly .
