1.Cold Aggregate Feeding System
a.SAP80 Asphalt Mixing Plant consists of 4 units of cold aggregate bins. Each cold aggregate bin includes one set of variable speed discharge belt feeder.
There is one set of alarming device in each cold aggregate bin in case of no aggregates supplying during operation.
b.The belt feeder adopts variable speed to discharge the aggregates.

The Sand bin adopts vibrating device to prevent sticky aggregates hard being discharged into the belt feeder.

2.Drying Drum
a.The drying drum adopts gear drive to work. Motor is started by reducing voltage, insulating layer adopted in outside of drying drum.
b.Countercurrent drying and efficient.
c.Burner selection of well-known brands (Opel, Riello, Black & Decker, etc.), but you can choose the combustion of pulverized coal or natural gas and other media.
d.Cylinder and dial steel manufacturing heat-resistant material blade, longer life.

3.Burning System
Components:

A set of coal pulverizer, a set of hearth, a set of fuel oil igniting system.
Parameter:

100 t coal pulverizer motor power:45kW; Coal supply spiral motor power: 1.5kW(frequency control of motor speed); 80t hearth blower power: 5.5kW; fuel oil igniting system power : 0.75kW.
(Optional: oil or gas burner)

4.Dust Collecting System
a.Adopting primary dust collecting by gravity, secondary dust collecting by water filter dust collecting design, which is more environmentally friendly.
b.The bulky grain can be recycled after primary dust collecting.
c.The dust can be discharged or reused after secondary dust collecting, higher environmental standards.
d.Volute+ Six cylinder cyclone dust catcher+water dust catcher, 3 powder recover spiral conveyor

5.Asphalt Supply System
a.Asphalt by heat conduction oil heating, convenient operation, safe and reliable. Asphalt aging.
b.Heat conduction oil central heating, more economical and practical.
Components:
1 set of 50 m3 Coal-fired heating asphalt tank(includes 1 set of draught fan, 1 set of hot water furnace)

pipe and pump, valve,one for each set
Parameter:Draught fan motor power: 4kw. Asphalt circulating pump: 5.5kw.

Air pump, cylinder,electro magnetic valve and a set of air pipe. Electromagnetic valve, cylinder is made by Japan SMC or Germany FESTO.
