1. Mixing system of asphalt mixing plant

2. Mixing tower

The super hot aggregate storage bin is equipped with high and low material level meter.
The discharge door with eccentric design can effectively solve the door "jam".

3. Dust collecting systerm
Combined with primary gravity dust collecting and secondary baghouse dust collecting.
The baghouse dust collecting adopts high voltage pulse cleaning with less dust residue.
The bag is made of Dupont high efficiency dust filtering material, with low loss and long life.
The recycling dust can be reused and reduce environmental pollution.
Emission concentration is not more than 20mg/Nm3.

4. Drying drum
The drum body using heat boiler plate.
The internal blade also uses boiler plate and connects with bolt, with long service life and fast and convenient replacement.
Four-wheel friction drive, with smooth transmission, low noisenand long service life.
The drive reducer adopts hard tooth surface reductor, with large load capacity and impact resistance.
The specially designed "butterfly" elastic connection plate will be more uniformly forced after the drum heated expansion. It completely solved the elastic plate heat cracking problem.
The roller and roller carrier shaft using high quality alloy steel forging with long service life.
The external drum using high quality thermal insulation material plus stainless steel mask packaging, with favorable heat preservation performance and neat and beautiful appearance.
