a.       Our company offer one year warranty electronic measurement equipment product. Warranty period, Because of the quality problem, the system can't normal use, our company responsible for the free services, until the user normal use; If because of the users or Warranty period, our company responsible for the paid service, long-term preferential provide spare parts, ensure user normal use.

b.      In order to guarantee the normal operation of the equipment are in use and timely maintenance, our company pays great attention to the user operation and maintenance personnel training, equipment at the user's site debugging acceptance, our company site technical service personnel will be training operation at first; The other in the factory for users free training  2 ~ 3 maintenance person.

c.       Equipment malfunction in use process , our company once received the maintenance demand information, ensure the timely response within 48 hours and send technical service staff  rushed to the scene promptly, to solve problems.
