General Introductions

Our pyrolysis machine can convert  waste plastic, tyre and rubber etc into fuel oil in normal pressure. In general, we can get 1 ton fuel oil with 2.5 tons waste tyre or plastic, the fuel oil can be refined throught the oil distillation machine to the deisel, gasoline, and machine oil.      Fuel oil: oil from this plant can be used as industrial fuel for burning, such as power plant factory, cement factory, aluminum factory, central heating factory and so on.

     Carbon black: crude carbon black from this plant is crude,and it can be sold to the brick factory as internal combustion or to the factory needing it as raw materials,such as tyer,shoe,cable and sealant companies.

We have reached to the standard of European Environmental Bureau in the following three aspects: waste gas releasing, waste solid recycling and waste water purifying.

1. Waste gas: exhaust gas&hot smoke

    (1) Exhaust gas is recycled to the furnace and supplied as fuel during the pyrolysis process

    (2) In the furnace, there will be some hot smoke. The dust in it is removed by the de-dusting system. Three specifically designed steps are used, which ensures the gas released is pollution-free.

2. Waste liquid: water

    The waste water has two sources: produced in the pyrolysis process; water in the hydro-seal and de-dusting system. The water is discharged after three stage of filtration

3. Waste solid: carbon black&steel wire

    (1) Carbon black can be sold to the brick factory as internal combustion or to the factory as raw materials, such as tyre, shoe, cable and sealant companies

    (2) Steel wire can be sold to the iron and steel company directly
