 UHMWPE SHEET 

  Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) is engineering thermoplastic, the molecular can reach 3.0-9.2 million.It is characterized by the good properties of many kinds of plastics, like wear-resistant, impact-resistant, corrosion resistant, low-temperature resistant, self-lubricating, impact-absorbing etc.  

Features of plastic polyethylene sheet

3. low frictional factor, and well sliding bearing material
4. lubricity( no caking, in adhesion)

9. nice high energy radioactive resistance
10. density is lower than other thermoplastics (< 1g/m3)

2. Food Machinery: Guard rail, star wheels, guide gear, roller wheels, bearing lining tile, etc. 
3. Paper-making machine: Water lid plate, deflector plate, wiper plate, hydrofoils. 
4. Chemical industry: Seal filling plate, fill in dense material, the vacuum mold boxes, pump parts, bearing lining tile, gears, sealing joint surface. 
5. Other: Agricultural machinery, ship parts, electroplating industry, extreme low temperature mechanical components.
