1. Electro galvanized iron wire

Material: Q195, Q235

We use high quality carbon structural steel wire rod Q195, Q235, 1008, 1018 etc as raw material to manufacture galvanized iron wire, through drawing, annealing, chlorhydric acid washing

, water washing, electro zinc coating, water washing, passivate bright treatment, drying and other procedures.

2. Hot dipped galvanized iron wire

Material: Q195, Q235, 1006, 1008, 1010, 1018

Wire Diameter: 0.2mm-8.5mm

Tensile strength: 300-550N/mm2

Elongation: 15% max

Detailed Description:

We use high quality carbon structural steel wire rod Q195, Q235, 1008, 1018 etc as raw material to manufacture galvanized iron wire, through drawing, annealing, chlorhydric acid washing, water washing, hot dipped zinc coating, drying and other procedures, our product can achieve in ASTM641 standard.

3. Electro galvanized steel wire

Wire Diameter: 0.1-5mm

Zinc coating: 10-15g/m2

Tensile strength: 1270-2160N/mm2

Packing: in coils or spools, 10kg-1000kg/coil.

4. Hot dipped galvanized steel wire

Wire Diameter: 0.1-8mm

Zinc coating: 40-360g/m2

Tensile strength: 1270-2160N/mm2

Packing: in coils or spools, 10kg-1000kg/coil.

Uses: for optical cable,spring,fishery,every kind of protective guard and so on.

We use high quality carbon structural steel wire rod 45#, 50#, 60#, 65#, 70#, 72B, 80A as raw material to manufacture galvanized steel wire, through phosphating treatment, drawing, annealing, chlorhydric acid washing, water washing, hot dipped zinc coating, drying and other procedures, our product can achieve in ASTM641 standard.

We can pack the galvanized wire as follows:

(1)    On spools (wooden spool, plastic spool, cardboard spool)

(2)    In coils (0.275kg-150kg/coil)

(3)    Big coils (400-1000kg/coil)

(4)    In cartons(specially for galvanized straight cut wire, length 0.3m-6m)

The standard packing forms are inside wrapped plastic film outside woven bag, inside wrapped plastic film outside hessian cloth, wrapped with thick plastic cloth etc.

5. Redrawing galvanized wire

Wire Diameter: 0.3-2.8mm

The redrawing galvanized wire is redrawn from the hot dipped galvanized wire or electro galvanized wire, which is widely used for weaving wire mesh or producing hanger.

Surface treatment for galvanized wire: PVC coated, PE coated  etc
