Coroplast sign made by pp corrugated sheet ,coroplast sheet ,nomally the size is custom ,and the thickness is 4mm or 5mm ,the GSM is 700g - 900g . yard sign and lawn sign usually used the stake like "H" ,and the size is 18" x 24" .

Yard Signs are printed in full color on rigid 4mm corrugated plastic and are available in sizes ranging from 12" x 12" to 48" x 46". With printing on either one or both sides, Yard Signs can be oriented in landscape or portrait.

Utilize the vertical flutes (almost always a landscape orientation) to allow H-Wire and Beefy Stakes to be inserted into the bottom of the sign. Yard Signs can also be ordered with grommets for hanging either indoors or outdoors.

PP corrugated sheet (also call pp hollow sheet ,pp twin-wall sheet ) is made from Polypropylene (PP) block copolymer, it is an extruded hollow profile sheet consisting of two flat walls connected by vertical ribs. PP Corrugated Sheet is absolutely harmless and smelless, and moisture resistance & anticorrosion. Its special and great properties such as strong, lightweight, various colors, etc. Could prove that it is suitable in the uses of packaging, printing ,advertising, construction and agriculture. Plus, it's price is charmer, and that will save a lot of cost for you.

PP looks like PE, but PP is more transparent, lighter. PP own low water absorption, low gas permeability. PP has good mechanical properties, the tensile strength and yielding strength are better than PE, PS and ABS. PP resists stress cracking and easy to weld, but low notched impact strength, the finished parts shall avoid sharp corners and notches. The temperature ranges between +5°C and 100°C.

THICKNESS
Our pp corrugated sheets can be produced in a thickness between 2mm to 10 mm. We can advise you on what thickness to choose depending on the purpose of use.

WEIGHT
The weight of pp corrugated sheets is expressed in GSM (grams per square meter). The higher you choose your GSM, the stronger and stiffer the material will be. Normally ,2mm GSM is 350g ,and 3mm is 500g ,4mm is 700g ,5mm is 800g.

SIZE
Pp corrugated sheets are available in any requested size. The length can be as long as required(normally not over 5m); the width is limited to 165 cm.

COLOR

Our customers can choose any color for the sheets or artwork. Just ask us what you need, and we can provide you with a sample.

VIRGIN AND RECYCLED POLYPROPYLENE
We can use 100% virgin polypropylene to produce your sheets. Another option is to let us recycle up to 15% of our internally regenerated polypropylene.

FIRE-RETARDANT SHEETS
A fire-retardant version of pp corrugated sheets is available. Please let us know the fire rating you require, and we are happy to produce them for you.

Normal sample is free of charge but the air express fee is usually borne by customer;New sample fee is USD150.

T/T:Telegraphic Transfer (wire transfer), 50% down payment, balance upon before shipment or against copy bill of lading;
