Specification and Choose of Dunnage Air Bag

Primarily, the gap width of container relates to the width of dunnage bag, so we usually choose it according to the following ways: 

Within 200 mm void - recommended 500 mm width dunnage air bag. 

Within 300 mm void - recommended 800 mm width dunnage air bag. 

Within 400 mm void - recommended 1000 mm width dunnage air bag. 

Within 500 mm void - recommended 1200 mm width dunnage air bag. 

But, if gap is more than 500 mm, it needs our sales staff to make free and special program for you. 

Next, measure the overall height and depth of the goods gap. Because gap height determines dunnage bag’s length. What’s more, the width of dunnage bag depends on the comprehensive consideration of goods’ gap depth and width. 

Operating Procedure of dunnage air bag:

1.Step 1, you need to prepare tools for Inflate the air bag: air compressor, air guns, trachea, air bags.

Step 2: Air compressor good power supply, connect the trachea and air compressor, the other side of the trachea connected with air gun.

Step 3: Place the corresponding specifications of the air bags in to fill the gap.

Step 4: Insert gas gun air bags valve mouth, ready to air.

Step 5:After the air gun docking with the valve, start the air compressor in air.

Step 6: When air bags are filled the gap and goods are not rocking back and forth on both sides, can be stopped.

2.Correct Operating Method

First, we should inflate dunnage bag according to the following picture, and prohibit screwing off air valve cap for inflating. 

Second, we should pick up bag instead of pressing it on the ground preventing inner bag’ s damage with overexertion. 

Third, when place dunnage bag, we should insure there is no bulge avoid its breakage. We had better place two piece of clapboard between dunnage bag and both surface of cargoes, which could avoid puncturing dunnage bag
