 This machine composes with frame, storing and transporting tube box, cartridge transporting machine, pneumatic filling pump, automatic arranging and transporting cap machine, pneumatic pressing cap device and electric controlling system etc. It’s special for the sealant which packing with the cylindrical cartridge stuffing caps in at the bottom.

It fills by the way of transporting the cartridges erectly and step by step, filling by single vertical nozzle at the same time, intermittently moving fill. The main functions are automatic transporting cartridges, automatic filling vertically, quantitatively and isochronously, automatic cutting thread after filling, automatic arranging and transporting caps, automatic pneumatic pressing caps, automatic detect and single worker operating etc.

The detecting sensor insuring that warning and stopping when there isn’t cartridge in any station, avoiding filling when there isn’t cartridge to waste and pollute the machine. It can live up to no cartridge no filling, automatic pressing cap when there are both cartridge and cap, warning when there is no cap or no cartridge.

It can connect with two pressing distributing machine. During the working process, there is one machine working. When use up one barrel of material, it changes to another pressing distributing machine automatically and starting to continue transporting the material avoiding affecting filling.

The electric control system adopts controller which can program and touching screen. The operating is easy and stable.
