2. Working principle:

DPS Planetary Mixer usually has two frame type agitator and a dispersion tray, they rotates at a high-speed at the same time to put the materials under strong shearing and kneading. So the materials are dispersed and mixed fully in a short time.

The inner wall of the container is precisely lathed by big vertical lathe first and then mirror polished to ensure the movable scaper on the planetary frame can scape all the materials on the container wall off when it is rotating to ensure without residue and to increase the mixing effect.
