2. Belt Conveyor Introduction

Sand washer is suitable for washing, classifying and dewatering of sand used in construction, quarry, hydropower station, concrete dam project, pole factory, as well as "soul-rending nature sand" for casting use,quartz sand for glassworks, and pressure sand for oil well backfill. With inclination angle of 18⁰ , a setting pond is formed and surrounede by three-side plates at the bottom of water channel.The spiral head submerges into the setting pond,the spiral rotates continuously driven by motor and reducer, and clean water is fed into setting pond through the bottom perforated plate.

Belt conveyor adopts U-steel riveting connection, and has advantages of low transportation cost, easy installation, high conveying capacity, simple structure, easy maintenance and standardized parts. It has been widely applied in mining, metallurgy, coal industries, etc. Belt conveyor can work singly, multiply, or form a horizontal or inclined conveying system together with other conveying equipment to meet different requirements of production lines. It can work in ambient temperature range from -20-+40°C,and temperature of materials to be conveyed is required to be under 50 °C .
