Q4: Do you provide OEMService?  

 a4: OEM orders are acceptable, xingyi can provide sample production service. We produce the mold & tools (stamping, punching, bending, forming) by ourselves.  

Q5: How to start the sample production?   

a5: Please provide more details for us, Xingyi will review to see if we have ablity to produce. It will take 10 to 15 days for sample production.   

Q6: Can I can some samples?

a6:Yes, we’re honored to offer you samples for quality check.

Q7:Do you have products in stock?

a7:No. All products are produced according to order including samples.

Q8: What is order lead time?

a8: 15-25 days

Q9: Can I mix different models in one container?

a9:Yes , our MOQ is one full container as soon as there are less
than 3-4 models/colors.

It has 12 production lines which are automatic board flatting and cutting line, enclosed automatic curtain coating line, precision tube production line, semi-automatic elevator parts production line, computerized knitting machine assembly and testing line, slim sheet punching bending and welding production line, hardware punching production line, slim sheet stretching punching and cutting production line, sanitary punching bending, welding and assembly line, steel archaistic furniture welding production line, hardware punching production line and sheet metal component punching bending and welding production line. Each year the company can manufacture 500,000 sets of elevator door components, 1,000,000 sets of brake shoes, more than 2000 computerized knitting machines, 60,000 sets of sanitary products, 300,000 sets of cars, 300,000 air conditioner hardware components, 200,000 washing machine hardware components, 200,000 carts, 200,000 assembled steel girders, 200,000 stretching components, more than 1,000,000 welding components, more than 3,000,000 punching components, 800,000 spray plating components and 8,000 tons of steel pipes.
