Rubber Machinery Roll for Paper Making

The paper web is wound by the winding roll and then form the paper roll on the rewinder. The winding roll needs to use the cladding materials which are relatively hard (the hardness degree is 10 to 19P&J) and have both wearing resistance and resilience. By using the cladding materials, the operation of the paper rolls is more smooth and stable, and the good paper-guiding effect is also achieved.
  The cladding materials of the rubber or polyurethane winding roll are characterized by extremely good shock absorption property, higher frictional factor, good anti-shearing property, noise reduction and improvement on tightness and speed of the paper winding so as to reduce the waste of the paper to the minimum extent.

1) The roller is made of cast iron or seamless steel pope and the surface is coved by rubber;

2) Roller in side and outside surface will be processed;

3) We will process roller’s dynamic balance to improve machines’ stability;

4) Before the spindle head has been installed. We will make the second dynamic balance.

6) Normally it is wooden case packages. Some larger rollers are used metal packaging.
