Main Structures of A3,A4 Paper Writing Paper Recycling Machine:

1) Fourdrinier part:16 meter,with air cushion type flow box; 2 pcs of 600×3700mm×4300mm couch rolls; one pcs of 800×3700mm×4300mm vacuum couch roll; forming table is covered with stainless-steel; panel of the suction box is inset with ceramic.

2)Press part: adopting two press parts with four rolls; one pc of 800×3700mm× 4300mm natural marble top roll; one pc of 700×3700mm×4300mm rubber flat roll, pneumatic loaded device; one pc of 750×3700mm×4300mm bottom vacuum press roll; one pc of 700×3700mm×4300mm rubber bottom roll, rubber  hardness 95℃±2, pneumatic pressure device.
