Function:
GSB-280 Tyre Bead Remover / Tyre debeader is designed to remove beads, the toughest part in a waste tyre. By removing the beads from the tyre, the further processing of waste tyres in tyre recycling becomes much easier, which makes energy consumption much lower, the machines wear out much slower, and thereby the production cost becomes lower too.

* High Flexibility, can peel of bead from both whole truck& car tyres and separated sidewalls.
*High Separation efficiency, the beads removed are clean and complete.
* High material compatibility, capable of handle both radial tyre and bias tyre.
* High reliability, can work 4-5 years without major maintenance or overhaul.
