HFT-turret slitter rewinder

Semi-automatic turret rewinder system with 3 shafts. Rewinding process with stop, manual loading core, manual apply glue on core, manual gluing tail of roll, automatic un-load finised rolls.

Time to change core: 15 – 20 seconds

1 photo mark detector for mark at the web side

When the missing label detector or photo mark detector or “Urgent stop” button is actuated system automatically place mistake position to the 2-nd splicing table.
