1. Dynamic devulcanizing tank (1 sets)

Dynamic devulcanizer in the reclaimed rubber production line is our newest model which can be controlled automatically, easy and safely operated with high production efficiency.

Purpose: to devulcanize rubber powder

2. Open Mixing Mill:

Purpose: This machine is mainly used in Rubber & Plastic Product factory for Natural Rubber Mixing(plasticating),Raw Rubber and Compound mixing,rubber warm-up mixing and pressing sheet. Rubber open mixing mill is used in the whole reclaimed ruber production line  for mixing rubber after the dynamic devulcanizing process.

3. Rubber refiner:

Purpose: To refine the reclaimed rubber

We have developed newest rubber refiner which has more production efficiency and less cost. This rubber refiner is our new model which is used very well in Europe and other countries. Wish our modified model rubber refiner you can improve your production efficiency a lot and save your cost a lot!

Features:

1' Two rollers are made from Chilled Cast Iron,smooth surface is highly polished and scratch proof by cutting knife:high hardness and wear-resistant;

2' The roller is hollow structure,which is for adjusting the temperature of the rollers by steam or cooling water in term of different request;

3' Nip adjustment mode:manual or electric;

4' Main bearings:bearing or Copper bush or Nylon bush;

5' The machine is equipped with an overlaod protection device to prevent the major components from being damaged due to overloading.

6' The machine is also equipped with an emergency device. When an emergent accident happens, just draw the safety pull-rod, and the machine will stop immediately. It is safe and reliable.

7' The machine is equipped with scraper and wind-up unit, which can take the reclaimed rubber away from the wind-up roller
