Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to see if it still work well . Each lamp should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.

Attention:1.If the conventional tube is with electronic ballast,please take off the ballast and make replacement with LED tube according to the

                  circuit diagram.

                 2.If the conventional tube is with inductive ballast,please take off the ballast and starter,then make replacement with LED tube.  

WARNING: LED tubes do not require a starter or ballast mechanism to operate. This actually makes them electrically more straight forward with fewer components to go wrong. However, when replacing an existing fluorescent tube with an led tube the existing fitting will need to be modified to bypass the old ballast and starter mechanism.
