3/16'' Rubber Twin Line Welding Hose Grade R for gas welding / Cutting

This type of rubber hose is applied to gas welding, cutting and attachment procdures e.g.braze welding, medaling and heating and gas cutting of pressure control devices. It is widely applied to NC flame cutter, plasma cutting machine, equipment complex and steel structure. The twin welding hose, it refers to parallel merger of two single hoses at the time of manufacturing for the convenience of operation. Either the single welding hose or double welding has 3 grades according to the purpose, i.e. R, RM and T.

Applicable standard: RMA IP-7-1999; Compatibility standards: BS EN559-2003, GB2550-92, GB2551-92

Structure: 1, Inner layer of hose: SBR

                 2, Protective layer of hose: SBR & EPDM

                 3, Intermediate reinforced layer: polyester fiber spiral line

Applicable temperature: -25degree to +70degree

Bend radius: 10 times of proper diameter dimension

Package: Our common exported packing is strong transparent OPP fim wrapped. Of course, we can customize the packing as your request. Such as stickers etc
