Returns & Warranty

1. If our chargers and batteries don't work the way they should, let us know and we'll do our best to get you sorted. 

One to one exchange warranty within the first 3 months.

2. If you find fake cell in any of your items, pls contact us for return, and we will pay the shipping cost for you to return back to us.

Replacement Policy:

1.We provide one year warranty.  
2.If items is defective , please notify us within 3 days of delivery. 
3.Any items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a replacement.  
4.The buyer is responsible for all the shipping cost incurred.
