Pneumatic Paste Filling Machine

Pneumatic Paste Filling Machine is simple and sturdy machine for filling of cream, paste/pharmaceuticals/ cosmetic/foods paste in tubes. Filling, Sealing Crimping, Batch Coding and Tube ejecting is done in sequential operation on a rotary table. The machines are made in two versions- one of plastic/laminated tubes and other for aluminum tubes. Plastic laminated tubes are heat sealed whereas aluminum tubes are crimped.

           In Pneumatic Paste Filling Machine the tubes are filled by stainless steel syringe pump. Filling volume can be accurately set as required. Different type of syringes is recommended for different range of filling volume.

           In Pneumatic Paste Filling Machine plastic/laminated tubes are sealed using latest technology of hot air jet that eliminates direct contact of heated jaws with tubes, thus giving cleaner contact of heated and softened edges of tube are then pressed by pneumatically operated jaws for sealing and batch code embossing.
