ANT-118-1 new-style surface cement mortar for insulation board, it is one kind of polymer modified Portland cement base's basic plane processing material, it strengthens the adhesion between the insulation board and base surface to prevent empty drum and the shell, it’s a new-type environmental material.

Applicable Scope    

It’s applicable to surface processing for Polystyrene board and Extruded plate.

The base surface requirements:   

The base surface should be dry, solid, smooth, no crack, oil pollution and dust. The base surface should be wetted slightly if it is very dry.

The mixing and coating technique  

1, please stir the mortar manually or electrically, pour the water into clean vessel and mix with mortar and stir at the same time until it becomes uniform thick paste, no agglomerates and air bubble, keep it still for 5 minutes,

(the mix ratio of mortar powder to water is 25kgs to 5.0-6.0kgs).

2,First,please plaster the well-stirred mortar on the base surface by use of wooden shaving knife or the steel trowel, the thickness of mortar is 1-2mm, then plaster it again by use of steel trowel after laying the fiberglass mesh cloth on the base surface, finally, do other processes about 3 hours later, the interval depends on the different temperature, the amount of use for this product is 5-8kg per square meter.

Storage and packing:  

This product can be stored for 9 months under seal in cool and dry place.

packing: 25 kgs per bag, 24 tons per 1x20' container.
