Inclinable Gravity Casting Machine
1. Equipment Summarize
1.1 Frame of the machine: It consist of base, lathe bed ,bracket, tilting oil cylinder and so on. It can finish the tilting action.
1.2 Mould clamping equipment: Activing moulding plate from left & right; and activing mould bracket from left&right; four guilding post double mould-opening system which is equipped with the bracket of mould, guilding post, guild bush, V type guild rail,mould clamping cylinder, constant-distance rod etc from left & right.
1.3 Downward core pulling system: It’s make up of downward core pulling cylinder, core pulling board, guild post, guild bush etc.
1.4 Auxiliary cushioning: It’s make up of front cushioning and back cushioning etc.
1.5 Electrical control system: Automatic control is equipped with PLC programmable controller, rotary encoder, touch screen, contactor switch, button switch, near switch of nontouching etc.
1.6 Hydraulic pressure system: Equipped with hydraulic pump, hydraulic oil cylinder, electromagnetic control hydraulic valve, hydraulic lock etc.
1.7 The equipment is equipped with mould electric preheating device.
