ZJ500D Multiple Open Mold Casting Machine
1.Machine Features
1.1 ZJ500D multiple open mold casting machine is vertical parted, open mold in the direction of left and right, up core-pulling (up open mold), down push core(down core-pulling).
1.2 Open mold in the direction of left and right, up core-pulling (up open mold), oil cylinder installed behind the flange to ensure enough open mold force. The workbench is steel structure, to ensure enough rigidity of the complete machine. The machine is adopted PLC control, it is controlled with inching, manual operation and automatic.
