Product Description
NZJ-650Q Inclinable Gravity Casting Machine
1) Frame of the machine: It consist of base, lathe bed,bracket, tilting oil cylinder etc. It can finish the tilting action.
2) Mould clamping equipment: Activing moulding board from left & right; and activing 4 guilding post double mould-opening system which is equipped with the bracket of mould, guilding post, guild bush, V type guild rail,mould clamping cylinder, constant-distance rod etc from left & right.
3) Downward core pulling equipment: It’s make up of downward core pulling cylinder, core pulling board, guild post, guild bush etc.
4) Auxiliary device: It’s make up of front buffer and back buffer etc.
5) Electric control system: Automatic control is constitued with PLC programmable controller, rotary encoder, touch screen, contactor switch, button switch, near switch of nontouching etc.
6) Hydraulic pressure system: Equipped with hydraulic pump, hydraulic oil cylinder, electromagnetic control hydraulic valve, hydraulic lock etc.
7) The equipment is equipped with mould electric preheating device
8) The equipment is equipped with focus automatic counting lubrication system.
