Installation:

1. Install the monitor inside the vehicle cabin without obstructing the driver's vision of the road

2. Place the monitor on the dashboard using double-sided tape

3. Plug the power cable and connect to the vehicle power

Each sensor has been matched sensor ID number after ex-factory, install directly the sensor to the corrsponding position on tire while installation, and can be used directly after installation.

Standard configuration for 1 monitor and 4 sensors, and each sensor has been marked on 1,2,3,4 by tags to identify corresponding position of installed tire(as image 1),1 for right front wheel,2 for left front wheel,3 for right rear wheel,4 for left rear wheel, if customer need to use up to 5~8 tires, please see the details for image 2 and image 3. Please be sure to install the sensor to the corresponding installed position in the right way when installation.

Please be sure to open the display before installing sensor, in order to send the data to the display on time after installing sensors.

Sensor installation:

1  Remove the tire, then blow off the tire.

2. Remove the cover with tire disassembler, dismantle the original inlet valve.

Please do not shovel the scoop of the tire disassembler above the sensor, otherwise it would damage the sensor, especially the tire which has been installed the item. Please be sure to inform the person who are disassembling to keep away the inlet valve from above 15cm to disassemble. 

3. Take off the metal mat, nut and dust cap from the sensor.

4. Unscrew the valve on the sensor with special tool(wrench), which would be convenient to adjust the sensor to install to the best angle on the wheel hub.

5. Install the sensor to the position of inlet valve, and adjust the sensor to the best angle on the wheel hub by hand, then unscrew the inlet valve above the sensor to fix the angle of sensor by hand.

6. Take out the inlet valve from the sensor, and unscrew the inlet valve on the original fixed position with special tool(Wrench).

8. Install the tire to the wheel hub, please note not to damage the sensor, then blow up the standard pressure, screw on the dusty cap, and adjust balancing of tire, at last installation back to the original position,

Remark:

1. The monitor should be installed inside the vehicle where it does not affect normal driving

2. The monitor should be well fixed to avoid falling off during driving

3. After the sensor installation.it is highly recommended to check for any air leakable

4. This TPMS can effective monitors tire pressure and temperatures but cannot prevent traffic accidents,regular tire inspection and maintenance is still necessary

5. After the system is installed correctly,the driver does not need to stare at the monitor all the time while driving.Alerts will be issued when abnormal conditions are found in the tires
