SBW series electro-servo electro-machanical switching type voltage stabilizer is the second generation of voltage stabilizer, it consist of adjusting transformer and compensation transformer, with seonsors and control system, managed by a state-of-art digital computer system. 4. Packing Procedures:

Step 1: Prepare the plywood case.

Step 2: Put the unit on the polywood pallet, clean the cabinet and parts.

Step 3: Cover it with plastic stretch film.

Step 4: Put 4 sides plywood panel together with the pallet, fasten the metal hook buckle, put foam inside, finally put top plywood panel together with the 4 sides plywood panel and fasten the metal hook buckle.

A4: Self-control all raw materials, strict processing quality control and delivery inspection, every single unit of our product will be tested with load, however, other suppliers only do simulate test with electricity.

Step 2: We evaluate the fault and find the reason & solution, then give you technical support by e-mail or phone call until the fault solved.

Step 3: If the fault caused by our manufacturing defects, we will send you free spare parts if needed within warranty until the fault solved, however, if the fault caused by your improper installation/operation/maintenance, you need to buy the spare parts.
