Epe Foam Fruit Net Extrusion Line The antishrinking and foam agent are injected under high pressure in the extruding process .The finished products are collected after extruding ,cooling ,shaping ,hauling and winding .The machine adopts inverter and intelligent digital instrument .It features high automation ,advanced structure ,stable performance ,and easy to operate .The products are the popular new flexiable packing in the world .It is used widely in the packing of electrical appliance ,furniture ,pottery , aluminium product ,precise instrument and high quality prodcuts .It is an ideal substitute of traditional packing material .

(1) Material: Low density high pressure polyethylene, talcum powder 2-4kg/ton, butane gas 200kg/ton, Monoglyceride 20-25kg/ton.

(2) The machine is composed of 5 parts, including main engine, butane gas pump, additive pump, main electric control box, and traction& cut-off device. The main engine, butane pump, mold head, traction roller, and motor for cutting knife are all controlled by frequency inverter.

(3) Fittings that should be prepared by users: 10 tanks of 50 kg liquefied gas (for butane), 2 tanks of nitrogen gas (for

nitrogen gas).
