HBT80 trailer-mounted concrete pump

- Main hydraulic pumps are imported original German Rexroth products, all reversing valves are German Rexroth products, and all hydraulic hoses and couplers are imported products.

- The high and low pressure conversion of the outlet pressure can achieve large discharge at low pressure and small discharge at high pressure so different conveying distance and height can be realized.

- The open loop of the hydraulic system is air cooled to keep the oil temperature below 60 °C so as to ensure the stability of the system.

- The reversing control is electric-hydraulic type. The electric part is controlled by PLC, which is reliable, more accurate with small impact.

- The counterforce on specially designed “S” valve is received by hopper wall to assure the service life of goggle plate and cutting ring.

- Control mode: manual operation and wireless remote control

- Reverse pumping function can facilitate cleaning the conveying pipe.

- Unique mixing unit can achieve homogeneous mixing of different proportioned concrete so as to realize ideal pumping effect.

- Automatic lubricant filling device can eliminate the trouble of manual filling and extend the service life of the parts with less abrasion in the lubricants.

- Reliable master oil cylinder and concrete cylinder can be normally operated for at least 30,000 m3.

- Main electric elements are imported original OMRON, Siemens, etc.
