High Performance Double Stage lube oil purifier system/transformer oil change

 This oil filtration system is applied to treat various of unqualified insulation oils including aging transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil. Also it can inject the insulating oil into the transformers. The functions include: dewatering, degassing, removing the impurities, and recovering the oil's original function.

Series ZYD-I is applied to purify and regenerate the used insulating oils includes transformer oil, switch oil, circuit breaker oil, capacitor oil, mutual inductor oil in power generation plants, transformer stations, electric transmission and supplying company, factories, mines, railway transportation, etc. It can be used as special equipment for electric power transformer maintenance. Not only can it remove water, gas, and other impurities from the oil, but also it can remove oxide materials and remove free carbon in the deteriorated oil to lower the PH value, improve its breakdown voltage and quality, recovery the oil color. A: Drying of insulation materials can be achieved at low temperature and low pressure levels. The pressure levels and temperature levels for drying vary for distinct material. At low pressure or under vacuum the rate of water vapour evaporation is accelerated if sufficient heat is provided to the insulation material. Thus we can achieve a good drying of insulating material if the material is suitably heated and subjected to vacuum.
