1, why do loaders not allow to glide without power?

The loader’s hydraulic steering system depends on engine’s power , the steering is very difficult to control when the engine stalled, it must be restarted to carry out hydraulic steering.

2, Why can not press throttle deeply when diesel engine has just started?

A: Diesel engine should be operation at low-speed after started, the purpose is here: First, to warm up, that let the body ministries to take the heat slowly and evenly, avoiding mechanical injury; Second, lubrication, let diesel engine lubricate parts gradually to achieve work lubrication state to avoid friction damage.

3, Why does construction machinery start only when the machine temperature rose to 50 degree celsius?

A: The purpose is to protect the diesel engine from damage. The mechanical start is bound to increase the engine load, and to increase the amount of oil. Machine temperature is too low, the diesel combustion is not complete, along the cylinder wall into the crankcase, will not only affect the lubrication of the cylinder wall, and will dilute the oil sump, lower lubrication properties, and reduce the life of the diesel engine. 6, Why does the diesel engine can not operate at high-speed for long time?

A: Three major hazards at high-speed operation:

(1) the friction loss of the various moving parts increases, and reduces the life of a diesel engine.

(2) the engine output power is reduced, the fuel consumption increases.

(3) increased oil consumption, poor lubrication effect. Because of the high-speed operation, the oil ring can not scrape off the oil on the cylinder wall, then into the combustion chamber to fire; oil viscosity decreased due to high temperature, can not achieve normal lubrication effect.
