Product Description
Alumina Ceramic rollers are hi-tech advanced ceramic products made with patented cool isostatic pressing technique and over 50 years of professional manufacturing experience. It is a kind of refractory material in roller kiln, as the role of bearing and transmission in the furnace. The service temperature can up to 1400C.
With the development and production of ceramic, roller kiln is widely used in building sanitary ceramics, daily porcelain and specialty ceramics. The requirements of refractory material used in furnace are continuous improvement, especially for strength and high temperature mechanical properties of roller presented updated requirements.
Alumina ceramic rollers is the development trend for ceramic rollers, because they fully meet the various needs of ceramic tile production, with the other advantages which other ceramic roller cannot be of.
Features and Advantage

10. Great profitable efficiency: Can lower the comprehensive cost of belt conveyer and the repairing time.
11. Ceramic surface: Form an oxidized membrane, won't connect with and react with any materials. The trough roller can clean the belt.
Application
Alumina ceramic rollers are widely used in roller kilns for firing wall tile, floor tile, table ware, sitall tile, magnetic materials and electronic ceramic,etc.
