1.Q: When can I get the price?

  A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

2.Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?

   A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you just need a blank sample to check the design and quality, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight.

3.Q3: How long can I expect to get the sample?

   A: After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

4.Q: What about the lead time for mass production?

  A: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking, production lead time is within 2~4 weeks.

5.Q: What is your terms of delivery?

   A: We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

6.Q: Terms of payment?

   A: We accept payment as the following, 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery. 30% T/T deposit, the balance L/C 100% TT in advance,Western Union/ Paypal for small amount payment.

7.Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 
   A: Our factory is located in Fuyang City, Zhejiang Province, China, around 1 hours train from Shanghai .Around 1hour  from "Hanghou Internatil Airport "to our factory. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome   to visit us!
