General Features:
1. Capacity design according to the most popular compressor sizes in this range.
2. The high efficient coils are made from high quality copper tube diameter 16mm and special profile aluminum fins.
3. Coil block made from robust fins to withstand the cleaning processes.
4. Water drain tray design with slops towards the drainage to minimize the water in tray.
5. 100% leakage tested at 26 bars.
The anti-corrosion Casing
Durable material with slim but rigid enclosure hard gloss powder coated finish or White powder coated aluminum, galvanized steel high strength with anti-corrosion and anti seismic capacity, environmental protection
The Fans Motors for unit cooler
1. We choose low specific energy consumption fans only.
2. Fan nozzle designs for maximum air flow and air throw.
3. Our fans from the world’s leading manufacturer are practically proved to be reliable in operation and long lasting
4. Motor: protection class IP 54 and insulation class F
Defrost heating
1. 4.5mm fin spacing for high temperature unit cooler evaporator, 6mm fin spacing for medium temperature evaporator, 9mm fin spacing for low temperature evaporator, ensure a good cooling capacity during a 8 hours cycle under typical humid conditions.
2. Capacity of the defrost heater is according to the thermodynamic calculation of the latent heat and frost energy related to a 8 hours defrost cycle.
3. 100% factory tested at full load and immersed in water tank to minimize the maintenance effort
4. Heater wired to electric terminal box suitable for wet conditions (standard IP 66) and low temperature (tested at -40 0C)
Electrical parts and wiring
Connect to an earth terminal, carried our in junction box with access holes equipped with water-proof cable. All materials are selected carefully for long-term reliability.
From the date of products arrival, our company will provide prophase service, medium range service and anaphase service for comprehensive follow-up and equipment tracking inquiry service.
