     Tungsten carbide wire drawing dies

 are used to draw wire, rod, bar, and

 tube. Commonly materials include

 steel alloys, aluminum alloys, and

 copper alloys. These dies can ensure

 high precision and surface finish of

 high-speed drawn steel wire, tungsten

 wire and copper wire for a long time. 

    c.Optional Grade:

      Various grade is provided,like

  K10,K20,K30,K40 etc.

     d.Main Types:

      Various

    with bore sizes from 0.2mm to 

 120mm. We can supply the dies

 fully finished or rough cored-cased

 or uncased, to meet client's exact

 requirements.    

     e.Finishing:

     Blank or High polished inner hole 

   without pore

control system will

testing every batch of

the material in density, HRA, TRS and magnetic saturation, test report will be kept in our files. 

   •After we finished production, we need to

test it again before we send them to you, with all mechanical

properties.  

   • We will put the

 quality cerfiticates

 into each cartons

with all necessary data, if anything is different from our agreement or standard, we guarantee

that we will send you the replacement or return the payment.
