Yes,we are cap factory with 20 years experience,OEM design is welcome.

2.As this is our first cooperation,could i order one sample to check quality firstly?

Sure,it is ok to do samples for you firstly.But as company rule,we need to charge sample fee.Surely,sample fee will be returned if your bulk order .

3.I do not have any designs,but would like to do some hats which are pop in my country,Is this workable?

4.We are just a small brand,could i order in small quantity to test market?
