NT-V6 Pegs Type Bead Mill
Widely used for superfine and nanometer grinding of water-base and solvent-base products.
Application: Printing inks, Jet inks, Paints, Dyestuff, Pigment, Packing material, Plants growth solvent. High technical products, Medicine, Cosmetics, Paper coatings, magnetic property coatings etc.
Characteristics:
1. NT-V6 Pegs type horizontal bead mill, a model with big flow and recycle process machine, is our latest patent product. This type of machine is face to the customers which produce the high grade paints and coatings, it can easy reach your required fineness but traditional machines can not do.
2. Special pegs type structure design, transmitting much more kinetic energy to grinding media to enhance the impact and shear effect, reduce cost of energy.
3. Using new continuous and many time process technology, improving the output capacity, Can use very small size grinding media, easy to get excellent particles effect.
4. Patent big flow separator, the output capacity is bigger than traditional machines many times. Separator made from abrasive resistant steel, ensure long service life.
5. Big rotor and large flow gap separator, make this machine can use the different size and different material grinding media according to the special requirement of products, can even use media of size 0.05-0.1mm.
6. The chamber and disks can choice different materials (such as carbon tungsten steel) for superfine process while grinding the products that should prevent metal pollution, high abrasive resistant material ensure discolored while grinding white.
