How to order?

Step1.    After making clearly every details with our sales, please confirm orders to us.

 We will send you a proforma invoice ( PI),before sending the PI,pls provide your informations, such as

Company name , delivery address , post code ,tax number , tel.no and person name

Step2.     Send payment T/T or West union accroding to the PI and send back us the bank slip

We will delivery by fedex or DHL within 1 day upon payment arrival

Setp3.  Confirm us receipt of products with thanks.

2.Q: The print head have warranty?

   A: All the print head we ensure you that 100% brand new and original.since print head is consumable parts,so no warranty,but if you suffer from problem during installation,just feel free to contact us,we will help you figure it out.

3.Q:What kind of shipping method available ?

  A:DHL / UPS / FedEX / EMS / China post for your choice

4.Q:If goods be broken during shipment ,what should I do ?

   A:Please provide us pictures ,We will check it and solve it .

5.Q:If I buy the goods and don't know how to use it ,what should I do ?
