Based on the alkali or alkali-free glass fiber woven fabric, gridding fabric is produced under the alkali resistant coating process. The product has high strength and good alkali resistance, which serves as an important structure in thermal insulation system, and mainly prevents the generation of cracks. Because of excellent performance of corrosion resistance to acid, alkali and other chemicals as well as high tensile strength in both directions, it can disperse the stree which imposed on external wall thermal insulation system evenly, also avoid structure deformation caused collision, squeezing which due to outside impact force and make the thermal insulation layer have high impact-resistance strength, and easy for construction and quality control, as a result, it plays the role of “soft rebar” in the thermal insulation system.

Gridding fabric is on the basis of C-glass or E-glass fiberglass woven fabric, then coated with alkali-resistant liquid. It possesses properties of high strength, good cohesion, and anti-alkali. Thus, Gridding fabric is the ideal construction material for exterior insulation and finish system, widely used for wall reinforcement, roof waterproof. It can also reinforce cement, plastic, bitumen, plaster, marble, mosaic, etc. People also call it soft rebar.

A: We have two plants producing all kinds of insulation materials, one is at Daxing district of Beijing where our headquarters is located, the other is at Jinnan district of Tianjin.
