Used to measure the effect of thin film  after corona treatment, clear understand  whether this film is suitable for printing, composite or vacuum aluminum plating or not, etc., thus  control quality effectively, reduce the material loss caused by  the unqualified.

Method of use:

1) Make the corona pen be perpendicular to the film plane, with appropriate pressure, draw a line on the membrane surface, a smaller range of dyne pen is easy to draw on a straight line, so it dose not need big pressure;If no beads point, then it shows the surface of the test film dyne value is higher than or equal to the value of the dyne pen ;

2) If the test film line appeared to slowly, the value on film surface is less than that of dyne pens;

3) if the line immediately contract, shows a bead, the value of test film is far below that of the dyne pens.Under normal circumstances, we can choose two dyne pen test together, take the median of the two values to determine the final value on the surface of thin film corona.
