Introduction

In Gravure printing, the volatile solvent makes ink uniformity reduced, ink surface crusted. This will effect on the printing quality, such as blurry products, darts and steels. To solve this problem, the only way is to make printing ink “flow”, constantly mixed. There are two ways to make ink “flow”, ink uniformity. One is using the ink circulation pump, second is using magnetic ink mixing roller. Using ink mixing roller is economical, effective and convenient method. Magnetic ink mixing roller is generally made of aluminum alloy, with continuous spiral surface, so-called "ripple" or rope wrapped. There is one magnetic ring in each side of roller, adsorbed on the cylinder. 

The printer carving roller rotation in high speed make the magnetic stirring bar rotation in opposite direction under magnetism action, which can make the ink with the ink duct congraflow to achieve stir uniform and even to prevent the surface of ink skinning.

Simultaneously to make the fricative scrap iron adsorb in the stirring bar under the action of magnetic can maintain the printing ink clean and cleaning more easily.

Using magnetic stir ink bar can eliminate the bubble in the ink.
