"Air recharge" business is a new type of rechargeable (charge) mode. The agent do recharge for mobile phone user by the transfer between accounts. The agent should set up a account in BOSS system, and bind a account with mobile phone numbers. Of course, it should be stored a certain amount of pre-deposit.
