A1:We are factory,and have our own R&D team and patents.

Q2:This is my first time to import Bluetooth speakers,I want to test market firstly,do you have MOQ   request?

A2:To help you better start this business,trial/small order is also welcomed. 

Q3:Can I have my brand/logo on the speaker? 

A3:Yes,we can put your logo on the speaker by silk screen printing,and there won't be extra cost if your quantity reach our MOQ 1000pcs.

Q4:How to recharge the speaker?will you provide the adaptor?

A4: 1.There's USB charging cable in the gift box,you can recharge the speakers by USB cable from the     computer.

    2.Charging voltage is DC 5V,you can use the cellphone adaptor which is DC 5V.

Q5:How do you ship the goods?

A5:Express(DHL,UPS,Fedes,ect);By air,By sea.According to the quantity you've ordered,we'll choose the most economy shipping for your reference.

Q6:If I want to check the sample quality firstly,how to get it?

A6:We have sample charge,and can be refund the sample payment to you based on your order quantity.We can accept payment through Paypal,Western Union or T/T,and deliver the samples to you via Express.

Usually,it will take about 3 days delivery the samples out.

Q7: What's your factory's payment terms?

A7: 1.T/T:30% deposit,and 70% balance before shipment.

A7: Factory standard packing:

    1.Sample:withing two days after receipt of your payment;

    2.500pcs<qty<1000pcs,usually 4-5working days;1000pcs<qty<5000pcs:usually7-8working days.
