Centrifugal Casting Ductile Iron Pipes according to ISO2531 and EN545
Material:Ductile iron
(1) standed:ISO2531-1998,EN545-2006,Class:K8,K9,K7
(2) Effective length: 5.7M or 6M
(3) Inner surface cement linning according to ISO4179 and outer surface bituminous paiting according to ISO8179
(4) Zinc coating:at least 130g/m2 as per ISO8179,or 200g/m2 or 400g/m2 with epoxy coating
(5) DN80-DN2600mm
(6) T-type
(7) High strength ,lighter than gray iron,good corrosion resistance,no furring,small flow resistance,easy fixing,long life time
(8)Gasket: 100% SBR/NBR/EPDM rubber gasket in accordance with ISO4633.
(9)Packing: Pipes from DN100 to DN300 be bundled with steel belts, others are in bulk ship,5.7M by 20' or 40' containers.
(10)Payment term: L/C, T/T.
