♥Introduction of raymond mill:

Raymond mill is used for grinding the barite, limestone, kaolin, cement, slag, etc, below scale 9.3 of Mohs hardness and 280-odd sorts of non-inflammable and nonexclusive stuff in the trades of mining, metallurgical industrial, chemical engineering and building material for high fine powder generation and processing. The product size is adjustable in the range of 80-325 (600 the largest) meshes. It is possible to produce 30-80 mesh coarse powder through special device in the machine

♥The structural characteristics of raymond mill

1. The whole plant is a vertical structure of strong systematic characteristic, so it occupies small area. From crushing of raw material to grinding and packing is an independent production system.

2. Compared with other milling plants, its passing ratio achieves 99%, this is what other mill can not reach.

3. Main parts of the whole plant are made from cast and steel of high quality. The technique is so subtly that insures the durability of whole plant.

♥Principle of Raymond mill:

After the materials are put into the grinding room of the main equipment, the grinding roll swings outward and presses closely upon the grinding ring due to the centrifugal force in rotation of the main shaft. The shovel carries materials to the space between the grinding roll and grinding ring, and materials are ground as the grinding roll rolls.

After being ground, the powder is selected by Separator via the cycle wind of the blower and the rough powder will be back to the grinding room for regrinding. The proper powder is brought into the powder collector together with airflow. The powder comes out as end products while the airflow goes back to the powder collector in cycling to make the machine work normally. The increased airflow comes out after purification.

♥ The purpose of the machine is to grind materials(more than 300 kinds) in the fields of building materials, mining, metallurgy and chemical industry.

1) The materials must be non-flammable and non-explosive materials such as:

a) Minerals:limestone, calcite, barite, dolomite, potassium feldspar, marble, talcum, gypsum, kaoline, medical stone, rock phosphate,etc.

b) Metallurgy materials: manganese ore, iron ore.etc.

c) Chemical materials: active carbon, carbon black,etc.

d) Building materials:glass, ceram, fireproof materials, heat preservation materials,etc.

2) Conditions for the application and output granularity:

a) The materials should have the hardness less than 7 in Moh’s scale and humidity less than 6 percent.

b) The granularity of the end products can be adjusted from 30 to 325 meshes.
