Cheeots Snacks/Corn Curls /Kurkure/Nik Nak Snacks Process Line adopts American Extrusion technology, it takes corn grits(not powder) as raw materials , through single screw rotary head extruder direclty expanding out twist corn curls. After this it will be processed with dryer or fryer to get final crispy cheetos snacks.

The processing line is foodstuff equipment researched and developed on the basis of international advanced technology. The performance and quality have reached the highest international level of the same line. From feeding materials, extruding and inflating, roasting, spraying to finished products are done once time with automation. We fill the gap of the first-class food produced with extruded and inflated technology.

1.)   When the machines reach your factory, we will dispatch our skilled engineer to do installation for you on time. The installation time will take 7 days.

2.)   We will provide you the food processing recipe for free.

4.)   We can also take Video chat to show the operation and maintains.

Guarantee Time 

1). The whole line guarantee for One year after installation.

2). During this period we will provide free spare parts for one year using and guarantee the main parts.

1. What is the workshop size required?  

  The production line can be put in straight and also can change the direction according to your factory size, we can  

  design the layout according to your factory size.

2. What is the processing time after order ?  

  It will be finished within 30 days after confirmation. 

3. What is the payment Item? 

  30% by T/T as deposit, 70% by T/T or Sight L/C before the shipment. 

4. When can we ship the machines?

   When the machines nearly finished, we will notice you 7 days in advance, then you can come to check it here before

   the shipment.
