How to use the heart rate monitor?
Use heart rate meter
1) Continuously pressing the button, the screen will cycle“HEART” →“BATT” →“TIME”,When displaying "HEART"
stop press the button, the screen will display "=====", then press the button and do not release until the screen
displays "WAIT", then enter the heart rate measurement mode, wearing a good heart rate monitor, you can start
heart rate measurement;
2) In the display "BATT" when the stop button, the screen will display the time remaining power, such as the "54"
represents the current remaining capacity to 54%.
3) In the display "TIME" when the stop button, the screen will display the current time, such as "13:35 '", said the
current time is thirteen thirty-five.
Heart rate meter connected with the mobile phone
Heart rate meter connections through the Bluetooth 4 with mobile phone, so as to gain access to more funtions,
please refer to the use of APP guide, the heart rate meter will automatically synchronize the time with the phone.
