Function and Characteristic

MX-AFG series Automatic Folder Gluer is consist of Vacuum Feeding Section,Gluing and Folding Section,Counting and Stacking Section.

l All Motor adopt CPG motor(Taiwan),exept Main motor adopt Siemens(BEIDE) motor.Frequency conversion .PLC with touching screen for easy operation and stable running.The max speed is 130 m/min,Average speed :100m/min .High speed ,save energy and labour cost.

Main structure of machine

Feeding Section

1.Vacuum suction feeding to feed warping paperboard easily

2.Quality electromagnetic clutch and brake adpoted, feeding section controlled independently, operation easily

3.Stainless steel glue wheel adopted, long life and saving glue cost

4.Second creasing struction can impress again the paperboard which was  not creased well 

Gluing and Folding Section

1.Simpless structure and high reliability, glue quantity adjustable, cleaning easily

2.Creaser wheel adjustable, suit for 2-8mm thick paperboard

3.Imported quality rubber belt adopted, automatic folding 

4.With paperboard rectify device and creasing rectify device

Counter and Stacker Section

1.Stacking and counting are simple and reliable 

2.Digital control, operation easily and reliable. No-stop put in data and  automatic counting

Introdcution for Electric Parts

The whole machine adopt Eurpean CE standard.The design is for safety,stability,easy maintainance. Colorful touching screen and PLC control,easy operating ,high humanity.The PLC leave upgrade port .Whole machine is driving by frequency motor,with Delta inverter with stable speed,energy saving and protect the motor.The contactor adopt SEIMENS brand.Adding thermal overheating relay  to protect motor.Air plug is used on connection,It is easy to maintain.Operating buttons are installed in front and back position .It is easy for operation.Operating panel is made by stainless board,it is beautiful and easy to understand.
