No. 3 FJL-180+120/100 Two stage plastic recycle machine

Products introduction:
This machine is specially for polystyrene purpose, it adopts single screw, doule stage plasticification, increased compress ratio. The whole machine consists of crusher, main machine, cooling tank and vertical granulator.

1. Specifications of each single part

A. Crusher
The crusher has a wide mouth and a large output, it can crush the several kinds of plastic products
B. Feeding blower has 1 set, power: 3KW
C. First screw length: 2000mm
First screw diameter: 180mm+120mm
First section L/D: 4.5:1 second section L/D: 10:1. Motor: 22KW, driven by inverter. The main motor is direct-connected with gearbox.

Material: 38CRMOALA, nitrided treatment. The barrel has 5 heating zones, the voltage is 380V.
(2) Gearbox: Model: 225-16 helical gear without pole material: FCD25 malleable cast iron. gear wheel:SCM4special gear wheel burnishing and heating dealing.

L/D: first section: 8:1. Motor:7.5KW, driven by inverter. The main motor is direct-connected with gearbox.
